目的:了解医学生自主学习能力与自我效能的相关性,为医学教育提供科学的依据。方法采用横断面调查的方法,用自制的医学生自主学习能力测评量表对全国3426名医学生进行测评。结果自主学习能力总分为(94.56±18.84)分,其中男性(94.36±20.96)分,女性(94.67±17.47)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.467, P=0.641)。各学校间自主学习能力差异有统计学意义(F=106.335,P<0.001)。一般自我效能(GSES)总分为(26.04±5.65)分,男性(26.72±6.03)分,女性(25.63±5.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.448,P<0.001)。典型相关分析结果显示,自我效能感与自主学习能力的典型相关系数为0.3877(F=100.78,P<0.0001)。结论医学生自主学习能力与自我效能感呈正相关关系,加强自我效能感对于提高医学生自主学习能力有着重要意义。

Objective To understand the correlation of self-learning ability and self-efficacy in medical students, and to provide scientific basis for medical education. Methods Cross-sectional survey method and self-made medical students' autonomous learning ability evaluation scale were used to survey 3 426 medical stu-dents. Results The total autonomous learning ability score was (94.56 ± 18.84), with male of (94.36 ± 20.96), female of (94.67±17.47), and the difference was not statistically significant (t=0.467, P=0.641). The differences between all schools were statistically significant (F=106.335, P<0.001). The total General self-efficacy (GSES) score was (26.04 ± 5.65), with male of (26.72 ± 6.03) and female (25.63 ± 5.38), and the difference was statistically significant (t=5.448, P<0.001). Canonical correlation analysis results showed that the canonical correlation coefficient of self-effica-cy and autonomous learning ability of was 0.387 7 (F=100.78, P<0.000 1). Conclusion Medical students' self-learn-ing ability and general self-efficacy are positively correlated. It is of significance to enhance medical students' self-effi-cacy so as to improve their autonomous learning ability.
