目的：探讨不同全口义齿重衬材料修复牙列缺失的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的90例无牙颌患者为研究对象，根据修复材料不同分为自凝组、热凝组及软衬组。比较三组修复的稳固性、舒适度及咀嚼功能恢复情况。结果重衬修复后6个月评价固位改善情况，软衬组重衬后固位Ⅲ级比例(60%)显著高于自凝组(33.3%)和热凝组(40%)，软衬组重衬后悬浊液OD值(4.216±0.332)显著高于自凝组(3.109±0.312)和热凝组(3.125±0.325)，软衬组固位效果(9.4±0.8)、咀嚼功能(9.3±0.7)、舒适度评分[(9.3±0.6)分]均显著优于自凝组[(6.1±0.9)分、(5.8±0.8)分、(6.0±0.9)分]、热凝组[(6.5±0.8)分、(6.3±0.8)分、(6.4±0.8)分]，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Sofreliner MS软衬材料固位效果良好，患者义齿舒适性高，咀嚼功能改善显著，适用于牙槽嵴吸收不均、弹性差的义齿重衬。

목적：탐토불동전구의치중츤재료수복아렬결실적림상효과。방법선택아원수치적90례무아합환자위연구대상，근거수복재료불동분위자응조、열응조급연츤조。비교삼조수복적은고성、서괄도급저작공능회복정황。결과중츤수복후6개월평개고위개선정황，연츤조중츤후고위Ⅲ급비례(60%)현저고우자응조(33.3%)화열응조(40%)，연츤조중츤후현탁액OD치(4.216±0.332)현저고우자응조(3.109±0.312)화열응조(3.125±0.325)，연츤조고위효과(9.4±0.8)、저작공능(9.3±0.7)、서괄도평분[(9.3±0.6)분]균현저우우자응조[(6.1±0.9)분、(5.8±0.8)분、(6.0±0.9)분]、열응조[(6.5±0.8)분、(6.3±0.8)분、(6.4±0.8)분]，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 Sofreliner MS연츤재료고위효과량호，환자의치서괄성고，저작공능개선현저，괄용우아조척흡수불균、탄성차적의치중츤。
Objective To study the clinical effect of different denture material in complete teeth repair. Methods Ninety cases of edentulate patients with edentulous jaw were chosen as research objects, which were divid-ed into self-curing group, heat setting group and soft lining group according to different restorative materials. Repair stability, comfort and chewing function recovery were observed. Results Six months after relining repair, the retain-erⅢlevel in soft lining group was significantly higher than that in self-curing group and heat setting group (60%vs 33.3% and 40%). Suspension OD value in soft lining group (4.216 ± 0.332) was significantly higher than that in self-curing group (3.109±0.312) and the heat setting group (3.125±0.325). The retention effect, chewing function and comfort score in soft lining group [(9.4±0.8), (9.3±0.7) and (9.3±0.6), respectively] were significantly better than that in self-curing group [(6.1±0.9), (5.8±0.8) and(6.0±0.9), respectively] and heat setting group [(6.5±0.8), (6.3±0.8) and (6.4 ± 0.8), respectively]. Conclusion The effect of Sofreliner MS soft lining materials is good, which provides high comfort denture and improves chewing function significantly. It is applicable to absorb uneven alveolar ridge with poor elastic denture liner.
