目的:探讨前列腺癌(PCa)组织中骨唾液酸蛋白(BSP)的表达与骨转移的关系。方法收集2006年1月1日至2013年6月30日间我院收治的PCa患者68例,以良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者22例作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测PCa或前列腺增生组织BSP表达,并结合肿瘤的病理学行为和临床随访资料进行分析。结果 PCa组织的BSP表达阳性率为76.47%,显著高于BPH组织的13.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。PCa组织的BSP表达与肿瘤病理分期(χ2=9.338,P=0.009)、远处转移(χ2=6.38,P=0.012)密切相关,而与患者年龄(χ2=0.593,P=0.441)、病理分级(χ2=0.057,P=0.972)、淋巴结转移(χ2=0.126,P=0.722)均无相关。52例BSP表达阳性的PCa患者术前血清总前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)含量为(69.06±25.52)μg/L,16例BSP阴性患者血清tPSA含量为(38.00±21.64)μg/L,两者差异有统计学意义(F=19.355,P<0.001)。BSP表达阳性的PCa患者骨转移发生率(71.15%,37/52)高于BSP阴性患者(25.0%,4/16)(χ2=10.887,P=0.001)。结论前列腺癌BSP表达与其骨转移密切相关,其有可能作为预测PCa骨转移的标志物。

목적:탐토전렬선암(PCa)조직중골타액산단백(BSP)적표체여골전이적관계。방법수집2006년1월1일지2013년6월30일간아원수치적PCa환자68례,이량성전렬선증생(BPH)환자22례작위대조조,채용면역조직화학SP법검측PCa혹전렬선증생조직BSP표체,병결합종류적병이학행위화림상수방자료진행분석。결과 PCa조직적BSP표체양성솔위76.47%,현저고우BPH조직적13.64%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.001)。PCa조직적BSP표체여종류병리분기(χ2=9.338,P=0.009)、원처전이(χ2=6.38,P=0.012)밀절상관,이여환자년령(χ2=0.593,P=0.441)、병리분급(χ2=0.057,P=0.972)、림파결전이(χ2=0.126,P=0.722)균무상관。52례BSP표체양성적PCa환자술전혈청총전렬선특이성항원(tPSA)함량위(69.06±25.52)μg/L,16례BSP음성환자혈청tPSA함량위(38.00±21.64)μg/L,량자차이유통계학의의(F=19.355,P<0.001)。BSP표체양성적PCa환자골전이발생솔(71.15%,37/52)고우BSP음성환자(25.0%,4/16)(χ2=10.887,P=0.001)。결론전렬선암BSP표체여기골전이밀절상관,기유가능작위예측PCa골전이적표지물。
Objective To explore the association between the expression of bone sialoprotein (BSP) and bone metastasis in prostate cancer tissue. Methods Sixty-eight patients with prostate cancer (PCa) between January 1, 2006 and June 30, 2013 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group, and 22 cases of patients with be-nign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) as the control group. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the BSP expression of PCa or BPH tissues. Analysis was conducted by combining information of pathological behavior and clinical follow-up survey. Results The expressing rate of BSP in prostate cancer tissues (76.47%) was higher than that in BPH tissues (13.64%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). The BSP expression in pros-tate cancer tissues was closely related to the tumor pathological stage (χ2=9.338, P=0.009), distant metastasis (χ2=6.38, P=0.012), while no association was found between BSP expression and age (χ2=0.593, μ=0.441), pathological grade (χ2=0.057, P=0.972) and lymph node metastasis (χ2=0.126, P=0.722). Before surgery, the serum tPSA concentration of 52 BSP positive cases was higher than that of 16 BSP negative cases, and the difference was statistically significant [(69.06±25.52) μg/L vs (38.00±21.64) μg/L, F=19.355, P<0.001]. The bone metastases rate of BSP positive was signifi-cantly higher than that of BSP negative [(71.15%, 37/52) vs (25.0%, 4/16), (χ2=10.887, P=0.001)]. Conclusion The expression of BSP is closely related to bone metastasis in prostatic cancer. It might be a potential indicator for the pre-diction of bone metastasis in prostate cancer.
