目的::建立胃灵颗粒的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对胃灵颗粒中甘草、白芍、延胡索、白术进行定性鉴别。结果:胃灵颗粒中甘草、白芍、延胡索、白术的薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,分离较好。结论:本研究建立的定性方法简便、准确、专属性强,可有效控制胃灵颗粒的质量。

목적::건립위령과립적박층감별방법。방법:채용박층색보법대위령과립중감초、백작、연호색、백술진행정성감별。결과:위령과립중감초、백작、연호색、백술적박층색보감별반점청석,분리교호。결론:본연구건립적정성방법간편、준학、전속성강,가유효공제위령과립적질량。
Objective:To establish the thin-layer identification of Weiling granules.Methods:Thin layer chromatography was used for qualitative identiifcation of licorice, root of herbaceous peony, corydalis and atractylodes in Weiling granules.Results: The spots of thin-layer identiifcation were clear, and with better separation.Conclusions: The method established in this study is simple, accuracy and highly speciifc, so can effectively control the quality of Weiling granules.
