目的::探讨食管鳞癌死亡相关蛋白激酶(DAPK)、P53蛋白表达的变化及其与食管鳞癌临床病理因素的关系。方法:应用组织芯片免疫组化法检测104例食管鳞癌组织和癌旁正常黏膜DAPK和P53蛋白的表达。结果:食管鳞癌DAPK的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁正常黏膜,P53的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常黏膜(P<0.05);食管鳞癌DAPK表达与浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关,P53表达与分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);食管鳞癌DAPK和P53的表达呈负相关(r=-0.349,P<0.05)。结论:食管鳞癌DAPK和P53蛋白表达呈负相关可能与食管鳞癌的发生发展密切相关。
目的::探討食管鱗癌死亡相關蛋白激酶(DAPK)、P53蛋白錶達的變化及其與食管鱗癌臨床病理因素的關繫。方法:應用組織芯片免疫組化法檢測104例食管鱗癌組織和癌徬正常黏膜DAPK和P53蛋白的錶達。結果:食管鱗癌DAPK的暘性錶達率明顯低于癌徬正常黏膜,P53的暘性錶達率明顯高于癌徬正常黏膜(P<0.05);食管鱗癌DAPK錶達與浸潤深度和淋巴結轉移有關,P53錶達與分化程度和淋巴結轉移有關(P<0.05);食管鱗癌DAPK和P53的錶達呈負相關(r=-0.349,P<0.05)。結論:食管鱗癌DAPK和P53蛋白錶達呈負相關可能與食管鱗癌的髮生髮展密切相關。
목적::탐토식관린암사망상관단백격매(DAPK)、P53단백표체적변화급기여식관린암림상병리인소적관계。방법:응용조직심편면역조화법검측104례식관린암조직화암방정상점막DAPK화P53단백적표체。결과:식관린암DAPK적양성표체솔명현저우암방정상점막,P53적양성표체솔명현고우암방정상점막(P<0.05);식관린암DAPK표체여침윤심도화림파결전이유관,P53표체여분화정도화림파결전이유관(P<0.05);식관린암DAPK화P53적표체정부상관(r=-0.349,P<0.05)。결론:식관린암DAPK화P53단백표체정부상관가능여식관린암적발생발전밀절상관。
Objective: To investigate the death-associated protein kinase (DAPK) and P53 protein expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma and their relationships with clinicopathologic characteristics of esophageal squamous carcinoma.Methods:Tissue microarray immunohistochemical method was used to detect the DAPK and P53 protein expression in 104 cases esophageal squamous carcinoma and adjacent normal mucosa.Results:Compared with adjacent normal mucosa, the DAPK expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma obviously declined, P53 expression obviously increased (P<0.05). In esophageal squamous carcinoma, DAPK expression was associated with infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05); P53 expression was related to differentiated degree and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). In esophageal squamous carcinoma, DAPK expression was negatively correlated with P53 expression. Conclusions:Negative correlation of DAPK and P53 expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma may be closely related to the development of esophageal squamous carcinoma.
