针对目前多数研究工业行业间技术创新差异都是以行业间企业的专利申请量作为评价指标来反映工业行业间技术创新能力这种不能完全反映行业间企业技术创新真实效率的情况，在兼顾质量与数量等因素的基础上，利用因子分析法分析了我国37个工业行业的技术创新现状。结果表明，各行业间存在专利申请量大但质量不高的问题，且资金投入对低技术密度行业技术创新影响较大，而技术转化难度对高技术密集行业影响更大。

At present, most research articles about the differences between industrial technological innovation take the num-ber of patents applied as evaluation index to reflect the ability of industrial technology innovation.But this method only considers the quantity issues, but does not reflect the quality of technological innovation.Therefore, considering of both quantity and quali-ty as the basic factors, the factor analysis method was employed to evaluate the current situation of the 37 industries'technological innovation in China.The results show that there are high patent applications but poor quality in most industries.Funds have a greater influence on the technological innovation of the low technology industries, while the difficulty of technical transformation has a greater impact on the high technology industries.
