后轮转向机构与悬架的协调作用可以减小轮胎的磨损、改善转向轻便性、提高整车稳定性。针对一种新的后轮转向机构,运用空间解析法对车轮跳动时后轮转向拉杆与钢板弹簧的不协调运动偏差的目标函数进行了优化设计,并在Adams/Car中建立了后轮转向机构和整车的虚拟仿真模型。仿真结果和试验数据表明,经过优化后,后轮转向机构的轻便性有所提高,整车的操纵稳定性有所改善。
後輪轉嚮機構與懸架的協調作用可以減小輪胎的磨損、改善轉嚮輕便性、提高整車穩定性。針對一種新的後輪轉嚮機構,運用空間解析法對車輪跳動時後輪轉嚮拉桿與鋼闆彈簧的不協調運動偏差的目標函數進行瞭優化設計,併在Adams/Car中建立瞭後輪轉嚮機構和整車的虛擬倣真模型。倣真結果和試驗數據錶明,經過優化後,後輪轉嚮機構的輕便性有所提高,整車的操縱穩定性有所改善。

Coordinating role of the rear wheel steering and suspension can reduce tire wear, perfect the steering portability, and improve the stability of the vehicle.A new rear steering mechanism was proposed;and the objective function of uncoordinat-ed movement deviation between the rear wheel steering drag link with steel plate spring was designed and optimized by using spa-tial analytic method.And the virtual simulation model of rear wheel steering mechanism was established in the Adams/Car.Re-sults show that the function of rear wheel steering can improve the vehicle's handling stability and perfect the steering portability after optimization design.
