研究离心式压缩机的寿命分布类型及可靠性规律,通过数据采集、分析等手段确定大修时间所服从的分布类型,从而确定设备的定期维修周期及可靠性规律。结果表明:在收集的该组离心式压缩机大修及维修数据中,三参数威布尔分布要比两参数威布尔分布拟合的效果精确;该组离心式压缩机的平均无故障时间、平均维修时间和可用度分别为27187 h,489.3 h 和98.2%,可靠度95%时的离心式压缩机定期维修周期为9530 h;该组离心式压缩机发生概率最高的失效模式为在线问题,发生概率最高的失效单元为密封件。

연구리심식압축궤적수명분포류형급가고성규률,통과수거채집、분석등수단학정대수시간소복종적분포류형,종이학정설비적정기유수주기급가고성규률。결과표명:재수집적해조리심식압축궤대수급유수수거중,삼삼수위포이분포요비량삼수위포이분포의합적효과정학;해조리심식압축궤적평균무고장시간、평균유수시간화가용도분별위27187 h,489.3 h 화98.2%,가고도95%시적리심식압축궤정기유수주기위9530 h;해조리심식압축궤발생개솔최고적실효모식위재선문제,발생개솔최고적실효단원위밀봉건。
In order to research the life distribution type and reliability rules of centrifugal compressor, the method of data col-lection and analysis was used to determine the distribution type of the overhaul time. The preventive maintenance cycle and reliability rules of the equipment were further studied. The results show that the accuracy of Weibull distribution of three pa-rameters is better than Weibull distribution of two parameters according to the operation and maintenance data collected in the centrifugal compressors. The MTBF, MTTR and availability of the centrifugal compressors are 27 187 h, 489. 3 h and 98. 2% , respectively. The regular maintenance cycle of the centrifugal compressors is 9530 h under the reliability of 95% . The failure mechanism with high probability is in-service problems, and the failure units with high probability are seals in the centrifugal compressors.
