根据特定工程精度的要求,实体表面的三维激光扫描数据可以划分成不同大小的有限元,用于工程不规则曲面的面积和土石方量计算。首先对扫描数据进行去噪、过滤,获取扫描实体表面点云数据,然后将实体分割成若干有限元;对实体表面的单元进行二次曲面拟合,获取了曲面特征参数,用积分方法计算实体表面面积和体积。该方法计算结果与传统方法的结果相比,体积精度比传统解算精度高出一个数量级,相对精度达到1∶20万。

According to accuracy of special engineering ,3D laser scanning data from object sur‐faces is usually divided into different sizes of finite elements to calculate areas and earthworks of irregular surfaces in engineering .First the object surface data is extracted by denoising and filte‐ring .Then dividing object into a certain amount of finite elements and fitting these elements with quadratic surface fitting method to get parameters of surface feathers .Finally ,surface areas and volumes by integration method are calculated .The comparison of results of between this method and the traditional ways shows that the precision of volume is ten times better than that of the traditional ways ,and the relative accuracy of which is 1 to 200 ,000 .
