目的:检测宫颈癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒( HPV)感染率及人半翼基因( HWAPL)蛋白表达水平,探讨高危型HPV感染与HWAPL蛋白表达的关系。方法:收集宫颈上皮内瘤变( CIN)组织及宫颈癌组织石蜡标本共132例,其中CINⅠ29例、CINⅡ28例、CINⅢ35例、宫颈癌40例,应用HPV分型基因芯片系统检测其内HPV并分型,应用PV-9000法进行HWAPL染色。结果:宫颈癌和CINⅢ组织中高危型HPV阳性率高于CINⅡ和CINⅠ组织(χ2=34.560,P<0.001)。宫颈癌和 CIN 组织中 HWAPL 蛋白表达强度比较,差异有统计学意义(H=58.981,P <0.001)。高危型HPV感染与HWAPL蛋白表达有关联(rP =0.356,P=0.001)。结论:HWAPL蛋白异常表达可能是高危型HPV致宫颈癌发病的重要环节。
目的:檢測宮頸癌組織中人乳頭瘤病毒( HPV)感染率及人半翼基因( HWAPL)蛋白錶達水平,探討高危型HPV感染與HWAPL蛋白錶達的關繫。方法:收集宮頸上皮內瘤變( CIN)組織及宮頸癌組織石蠟標本共132例,其中CINⅠ29例、CINⅡ28例、CINⅢ35例、宮頸癌40例,應用HPV分型基因芯片繫統檢測其內HPV併分型,應用PV-9000法進行HWAPL染色。結果:宮頸癌和CINⅢ組織中高危型HPV暘性率高于CINⅡ和CINⅠ組織(χ2=34.560,P<0.001)。宮頸癌和 CIN 組織中 HWAPL 蛋白錶達彊度比較,差異有統計學意義(H=58.981,P <0.001)。高危型HPV感染與HWAPL蛋白錶達有關聯(rP =0.356,P=0.001)。結論:HWAPL蛋白異常錶達可能是高危型HPV緻宮頸癌髮病的重要環節。
목적:검측궁경암조직중인유두류병독( HPV)감염솔급인반익기인( HWAPL)단백표체수평,탐토고위형HPV감염여HWAPL단백표체적관계。방법:수집궁경상피내류변( CIN)조직급궁경암조직석사표본공132례,기중CINⅠ29례、CINⅡ28례、CINⅢ35례、궁경암40례,응용HPV분형기인심편계통검측기내HPV병분형,응용PV-9000법진행HWAPL염색。결과:궁경암화CINⅢ조직중고위형HPV양성솔고우CINⅡ화CINⅠ조직(χ2=34.560,P<0.001)。궁경암화 CIN 조직중 HWAPL 단백표체강도비교,차이유통계학의의(H=58.981,P <0.001)。고위형HPV감염여HWAPL단백표체유관련(rP =0.356,P=0.001)。결론:HWAPL단백이상표체가능시고위형HPV치궁경암발병적중요배절。
Aim:To detect the infection rate of high-risk HPV and the expression level of HWAPL in cervical cancer tissue and to investigate the relationship between them .Methods:Gene chip technology was used to detect HPV genoty-ping,at the same time PV-9000 immunohistochemistry was used to detect HWAPL protein expression in 132 specimens(in-cluding CINⅠ29 cases, CINⅡ28 cases, CINⅢ35 cases, and cervical cancer 40 cases).Results:The positive rates of high-risk HPV in cervical cancer and CINⅢwere significantly higher than those in CINⅡ and CINⅠ(χ2 =34.560,P<0.001).The expression level of HWAPL protein in cervical cancer and CIN were significantly different (H=58.981,P<0.001).High-risk HPV infection was positively correlated with HWAPL protein expression (rP =0.356,P =0.001). Conclusion:The abnormal expression of HWAPL may be an important part for high-risk HPV induced cervical cancer .
