本研究采用机械力-磷酸法制备制备了良好吸附性能的木质活性炭。通过单因素和响应面中心组合设计法,考察各工艺条件对活性炭吸附性能的影响。另外,采用傅立叶红外光谱仪、比表面积及孔径分析仪表征了活性炭的孔结构及表面官能团。通过分析得知其表面含有羟基、酚羟基、羧基等含氧官能团。通过孔径及表面积分析可知活性炭均主要以微孔为主,其中含有少量中孔存在,产品平均孔半径在1.3nm左右。

Activated carbon with good adsorption properties is prepared by mechanochemical process. Based on single factor central composite design and response surface method for determining the optimal use level of cupric nitrate. Using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, specific surface area and pore size analyzer levy and the pore structure of activated carbon surface functional groups. By analyzing the surface that contains a hydroxyl group, a phenolichydroxyl group, a carboxyl group containing functional groups. By surface area and pore size analysis shows were mainly microporous activated carbon-based,which contains a small amount of holes exist. The average pore radius of aboutproducts 1. 3nm.
