本研究采用机械力-磷酸法制备制备了良好吸附性能的木质活性炭。通过单因素和响应面中心组合设计法，考察各工艺条件对活性炭吸附性能的影响。另外，采用傅立叶红外光谱仪、比表面积及孔径分析仪表征了活性炭的孔结构及表面官能团。通过分析得知其表面含有羟基、酚羟基、羧基等含氧官能团。通过孔径及表面积分析可知活性炭均主要以微孔为主，其中含有少量中孔存在，产品平均孔半径在1.3nm左右。

Activated carbon with good adsorption properties is prepared by mechanochemical process.
