目的：探讨帕金森病的药物治疗效果。方法随机选择2012年1月至2013年12月本院门诊及住院部就诊的帕金森病患者60例，将其分为试验组和对照组，每组各30例，对照组患者单纯服用美多巴，试验组患者在此基础上注射硫酸镁。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率（90.0%）显著高于对照组（73.3%），差异显著（χ2＝4.81，P＜0.05）。结论美多巴联合硫酸镁治疗帕金森病能够提高患者治疗的有效率，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토파금삼병적약물치료효과。방법수궤선택2012년1월지2013년12월본원문진급주원부취진적파금삼병환자60례，장기분위시험조화대조조，매조각30례，대조조환자단순복용미다파，시험조환자재차기출상주사류산미。비교량조환자치료전후적림상효과。결과시험조치료총유효솔（90.0%）현저고우대조조（73.3%），차이현저（χ2＝4.81，P＜0.05）。결론미다파연합류산미치료파금삼병능구제고환자치료적유효솔，치득림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo discuss the drug treatment efficacy of Parkinson's disease.MethodSelected from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital 60 cases of patients with Parkinson's disease, they were divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 30 cases, control group simply use dopamine; experimental group on the basis of magnesium sulfate injection. Compared the clinical effect of two group before and after treatment.ResultThe total efifciency of experimental group (90.0%) was higher than that of control group (73.3%), there was signiifcant difference (χ2=4.81,P<0.05).ConclusionDopamine combined with magnesium sulfate is worth in the future clinical use, it can enhance the efifcient of treatment in patients with Parkinson's disease.
