目的:对微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的效果进行探讨。方法选取我院在2011年1月-2013年12月治疗的高血压脑出血患者100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,实施不同治疗方法,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比与分析。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为98%,对照组为85%,存在较大差异,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,对照组神经缺损评分分别是(42.37±4.10)分、(24.94±5.96)分,观察组分别是(42.23±4.56)分、(16.51±6.50)分,差异较大,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创颅内血肿清除术在高血压脑出血治疗中的应用,取得了良好的治疗效果。

목적:대미창로내혈종청제술치료고혈압뇌출혈적효과진행탐토。방법선취아원재2011년1월-2013년12월치료적고혈압뇌출혈환자100례,수궤분위대조조여관찰조,실시불동치료방법,대량조환자적치료효과진행대비여분석。결과관찰조환자적치료유효솔위98%,대조조위85%,존재교대차이,구비통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료전후,대조조신경결손평분분별시(42.37±4.10)분、(24.94±5.96)분,관찰조분별시(42.23±4.56)분、(16.51±6.50)분,차이교대,구비통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론미창로내혈종청제술재고혈압뇌출혈치료중적응용,취득료량호적치료효과。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma for patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in each group underwent different treatments and the treatment effects in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The observation group had a significantly higher response rate than the control group (98% vs. 85%, P<0.05). Before treatment, the control group and observation group had similar neurologic deficit scores (NSS) (42.37±4.10 vs. 42.23±4.56). After treatment, the observation group had a significantly lower NSS than the control group (16.51±6.50 vs. 24.94±5.96, P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma is an effective therapy for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
