随着近些年教育部门和社会对小学教育的重视，尤其是素质教育的提出要求教学不能仅仅追求知识的积累，而是更应该注意知识的学习方法和不同文化之间的交流，这就使得英语教学不断地受到重视，同时也对教师的教学方法以及课堂的创新性提出了更高的要求。就针对小学英语有效课堂如何设计和组织活动来提高教学效率提出几点意见和想法。

In recent years with the education department and the society attention to primary school education,especially the quality education requiresteaching not only the pursuit of the accumulation of knowledge,but should pay more attention to learning knowledge between method and the exchange of different cultures,which makes the English teaching constant attention,at the same time also put forward higher requirement to the teaching method on the teachers and classroom innovation. This article aims at the primary schoolEnglish effective classroom how to design and organize activities to improve the efficiency of teaching and puts forward opinions and ideas.
