校园文化是学校长期办学所形成的一种内在文化氛围，它凝聚着学校的学风、校风、作风的整体素质，在人才培养的系统工程中极其重要。本文从校园文化内涵、校园文化现状、校园文化在办学中的实践作用、加强校园文化建设，塑造当代大学生的精神品格等四个方面提出校园文化建设的对策与研究。
校園文化是學校長期辦學所形成的一種內在文化氛圍，它凝聚著學校的學風、校風、作風的整體素質，在人纔培養的繫統工程中極其重要。本文從校園文化內涵、校園文化現狀、校園文化在辦學中的實踐作用、加彊校園文化建設，塑造噹代大學生的精神品格等四箇方麵提齣校園文化建設的對策與研究。
교완문화시학교장기판학소형성적일충내재문화분위，타응취착학교적학풍、교풍、작풍적정체소질，재인재배양적계통공정중겁기중요。본문종교완문화내함、교완문화현상、교완문화재판학중적실천작용、가강교완문화건설，소조당대대학생적정신품격등사개방면제출교완문화건설적대책여연구。
Camp culture is an internal culture atmosphere formed during the long -running opera‐tion of a college ,and it is extremely important in systematic engineering of personnel training because it embodies the overall quality of a college’s style of study ,spirit ,and style of work .This article re‐searched and proposed countermeasures on campus culture construction from four aspects such as the campus cultural connotation ,the campus culture status quo ,the practical role of campus culture in oper‐ating a college;strengthening the construction of campus culture;shaping the spiritual character of con‐temporary college students .
