对民用飞机燃油箱常见的电火花和电弧、细丝加热、摩擦火花和热表面点燃四种点火源进行了介绍,分析了与电缆敷设相关的点火源,总结了可能降低燃油箱安全性的燃油泵布线、燃油量指示系统布线和电气馈电线布线的设计特征,提出了燃油箱布线的基本原则。分别从线路敷设、线路隔离、瞬态抑制装置的使用等方面提出了最小化点火源的可接受布线设计方法,为飞机燃油箱的布线设计和安全性分析提供了指导。

The four ignition sources, which are electrical arcs and sparks, iflament heating, friction sparks, and hot surface ignition or auto-ignition, of civil aircraft fuel tank were introduced. The ignition sources related to EWIS were analyzed. The design features of EWIS resulting in degradation of fuel tank safety, which are fuel pump wiring, intrinsical y safe wiring and higher energy wiring, were summarized. Basic rules of EWIS routing were raised. The accepted EWIS design practices for minimizing ignition sources were provided in the aspect of EWIS routing, EWIS separation and utilization of transient suppressor can give suggestions for EWIS design in fuel tank.
