景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业基地在发展的过程中虽然取得了一定的成绩，但也面临着来自各方的竞争压力，笔者立足景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业基地的竞争现状，借助波特五力模型对其竞争压力进行分析，进而提出其提升竞争力的对策及建议。
