面对多个功能相同或相似的服务,服务的 QoS 是服务选择中重要的考虑因素。将 QoS 属性分为精确数型、区间数型和三角模糊数型。在此基础上,利用TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)条件下的多属性群决策模型给出了服务选择过程,该过程考虑了多个决策者在决策过程中所占的权重,以及多个决策者不同的QoS偏好权重。通过一个实例验证了该方法的有效性。
麵對多箇功能相同或相似的服務,服務的 QoS 是服務選擇中重要的攷慮因素。將 QoS 屬性分為精確數型、區間數型和三角模糊數型。在此基礎上,利用TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)條件下的多屬性群決策模型給齣瞭服務選擇過程,該過程攷慮瞭多箇決策者在決策過程中所佔的權重,以及多箇決策者不同的QoS偏好權重。通過一箇實例驗證瞭該方法的有效性。

When facing with multiple Web services with the same or similar functionality, QoS (quality of service) has become an important criterion for users to select the appropriate Web services. We present a QoS model, the QoS attributes are divided into exact numeric type, interval numeric and Triangular fuzzy numeric. We propose a kind of multi-attribute group decision-making model based on TOPSIS (echnique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution) to select Web services, which considers weights of multiple decision makers and weights of the QoS preference in the decision process. The example proves that the method is feasible.
