针对电厂中锅炉“四管”泄漏时产生的广义声发射现象,对空间声场分布和声发射信号进行了分析研究。通过采集这种声发射信号并分析处理,建立了检测锅炉“四管”泄漏的检测系统,即锅炉炉管泄漏自动报警系统,给出了检测系统的软、硬件设计。该系统能够实现对锅炉炉管泄漏的早期测报,并判断出泄露的区域位置及泄漏程度,防止事故扩大,减少经济损失。
