针对电厂中锅炉“四管”泄漏时产生的广义声发射现象，对空间声场分布和声发射信号进行了分析研究。通过采集这种声发射信号并分析处理，建立了检测锅炉“四管”泄漏的检测系统，即锅炉炉管泄漏自动报警系统，给出了检测系统的软、硬件设计。该系统能够实现对锅炉炉管泄漏的早期测报，并判断出泄露的区域位置及泄漏程度，防止事故扩大，减少经济损失。
