目的：探讨合并糖尿病的严重口腔颌面部间隙感染的临床治疗方法。方法回顾分析了26例口腔颌面部间隙感染合并糖尿病患者的临床资料。结果本组26例患者，22例治愈，4例死亡，治愈率为84.6%。结论早期切开引流，合理选用抗生素，良好控制血糖，加强基础疾病的治疗，改善全身状况等，可获得良好的治疗效果。
목적：탐토합병당뇨병적엄중구강합면부간극감염적림상치료방법。방법회고분석료26례구강합면부간극감염합병당뇨병환자적림상자료。결과본조26례환자，22례치유，4례사망，치유솔위84.6%。결론조기절개인류，합리선용항생소，량호공제혈당，가강기출질병적치료，개선전신상황등，가획득량호적치료효과。
Objective To discuss the clinical treatment methods of serious oral and maxillofacial space infection combined with diabetes.Methods The clinical data of 26 cases of diabetic patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection were retrospective analyxed.Results In this group of 26 cases, 22 cases were cured,4 cases died,the cure rate was 84.6%.ConclusionIncision and drainage early, use of antibiotics rational, good control blood sugar , strengthen treatment of basic diseases, improve the body condition,can obtain good therapeutic effect.
