目的：探讨我院抗菌药物临床合理应用的现状。方法调查核实2012年7月～2013年12月期间全院病例7064份，每半年对抗菌药物临床使用率、平均用药天数及联合应用情况进行调查，共调查3次。结果2012年7月～2013年12月期间临床抗菌药物应用率降低了5.2%，平均用药天数减少了2d，药物单用率降低12.2%，三联用药率降低6.0%。结论抗菌药物的合理应用有助于提高治疗效果、缩短疗程、降低治疗费用，减少不良事件的发生概率，临床应重视和加强抗菌药物临床合理应用的监督和管理。
목적：탐토아원항균약물림상합리응용적현상。방법조사핵실2012년7월～2013년12월기간전원병례7064빈，매반년대항균약물림상사용솔、평균용약천수급연합응용정황진행조사，공조사3차。결과2012년7월～2013년12월기간림상항균약물응용솔강저료5.2%，평균용약천수감소료2d，약물단용솔강저12.2%，삼련용약솔강저6.0%。결론항균약물적합리응용유조우제고치료효과、축단료정、강저치료비용，감소불량사건적발생개솔，림상응중시화가강항균약물림상합리응용적감독화관리。
ObjectiveTo discuss and analyze the status of clinical rational use of Antibacterials in our Hospital. Methods 7064 cases copies in the hospital during July 2012-December 2013 were investigated and verified; clinical utility ratio, average days and the combined application situation of antimicrobial drugs were investigated every six months, a total of 3 times.ResultsThe clinical application of antibacterial drugs was reduced by 5.2%, the average number of days of medication reduced the 2d, the rate of drug used alone was reduced by 12.2%, and the rate of triple combination was reduced by 6.0% during July 2012 - December 2013.Conclusion Rational use of antimicrobial drugs contributed to improve the therapeutic effect ,shortened the period of treatment, reduced the cost of treatmentand the probability of occurrence of adverse events, clinic should attach importance to and strengthen the supervision of clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents and management.
