目的：探讨呼吸内科重症患者特殊管道护理过程中观察表格的设计与应用。方法将92例呼吸内科患者随机均分成两组，对照组46例给予常规管道护理，研究组46例患者在进行常规护理的基础之上使用观察表格进行管道护理，将两组患者手术并发症的发生率以及护理的满意度进行统计分析。结果对照组46例患者8例出现一定程度的手术并发症，研究组无一例出现并发症，两组的比较差异有统计学意义。在护理的满意度方面，研究组较对照组差异有统计学意义（x2=6.02，P＜0.01）。结论呼吸内科重症患者特殊管道护理过程中通过设计使用观察表格加强护理能够明显降低并发症发病率，同时提高患者满意度。

ObjectiveTo investigate design and application of observation forms for the patients with severe respiratory disease in special pipeline nursing process. Methods92 cases of respiratory patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group with 46 cases received regular pipelines care,the study group with 46 cases further received pipelines care by observed forms,the incidence of surgical complications and satisfaction of care between the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results 8 cases had a certain degree of surgical complications from the control group of 46 patients,the study group had on case of complications,differences compared between two groups were obvious,with statistical significance. nursing satisfaction of the study also had significant differences with the control group(x2=6.02,P<0.01),with statistically significant differences in comparison.ConclusionEnhancing the nursing process in special pipelines care of patients with severe respiratory disease by design of observing table can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
