目的：探讨心理护理干预措施在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）中的应用效果。方法分析我院2012年1月~2014年1月，经急诊科收治入院并密切随访的78例急性冠脉综合征患者，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组（40例）与对照组（38例）。对照组给予常规护理，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用心理护理。比较两组患者下床时间、满意度、住院时间、睡眠质量、焦虑评分（SAS）和抑郁评分（SDS）。结果两组患者下床时间、满意度、住院时间、睡眠质量、SAS和SDS评分比较治疗组均显著优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论心理护理干预措施在急性冠脉综合征可以减少患者住院时间，促进患者早期下床，提高患者睡眠质量，改善患者紧张焦虑情绪，具有临床推广应用的价值。
목적：탐토심리호리간예조시재급성관맥종합정（ACS）중적응용효과。방법분석아원2012년1월~2014년1월，경급진과수치입원병밀절수방적78례급성관맥종합정환자，안조수궤수자표법분위치료조（40례）여대조조（38례）。대조조급여상규호리，치료조재대조조적기출상가용심리호리。비교량조환자하상시간、만의도、주원시간、수면질량、초필평분（SAS）화억욱평분（SDS）。결과량조환자하상시간、만의도、주원시간、수면질량、SAS화SDS평분비교치료조균현저우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05혹P＜0.01）。결론심리호리간예조시재급성관맥종합정가이감소환자주원시간，촉진환자조기하상，제고환자수면질량，개선환자긴장초필정서，구유림상추엄응용적개치。
ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of the psychological nursing intervention in acute coronary syndrome (acute xoronary syndrome,ACS). Methods 78 cases of patients with acute coronary syndrome in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were analyzed and randomly divided into the treatment group (40 cases) and control group (38 cases). The control group was given conventional nursing, the treatment group was given psychological nursing based on the method of the control group. Two groups of patients, satisfaction of getting out of bed time, hospitalization time, sleep quality, anxiety score (SAS) and Depression Scale (SDS) were compared.Results Two groups of patients, satisfaction of getting out of bed time, hospitalization time, sleep quality, SAS and SDS score in treatment group were significantly better than the control group, the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05, P<0.01). ConclusionPsychological nursing intervention can reduce hospitalization in patients with acute coronary syndrome patients, promote early get out of bed, improve the quality of sleep in patients, improve patient anxiety, with the clinical application value.
