目的：探讨循证护理对产妇盆底肌功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法选择临河区妇幼保健院466例产妇为研究对象，将2013年4～6月期间产妇257例，列为对照组，进行常规护理；将2013年8～10月期间产妇209名，列为实验组，进行循证护理，分别于产后42d和产后6个月，对两组产妇盆底肌功能锻炼依从性进行分析研究。结果产后42d和产后6个月两次调查均显示，实验组盆底肌功能锻炼依从性优于对照组（P＜0.01）；但两组产后6个月与产后42d依从性相比，均呈现明显降低。结论循证护理可提高产妇盆底肌功能锻炼依从性。但其依从性随时间迁移呈降低趋势，故在临床护理中应注重近期和远期护理目标的制定，以便真正提高产妇盆底肌功能锻炼的依从性，改善产妇盆底肌功能，预防盆底肌功能障碍疾病的发生，提高产妇生活质量。
목적：탐토순증호리대산부분저기공능단련의종성적영향。방법선택림하구부유보건원466례산부위연구대상，장2013년4～6월기간산부257례，렬위대조조，진행상규호리；장2013년8～10월기간산부209명，렬위실험조，진행순증호리，분별우산후42d화산후6개월，대량조산부분저기공능단련의종성진행분석연구。결과산후42d화산후6개월량차조사균현시，실험조분저기공능단련의종성우우대조조（P＜0.01）；단량조산후6개월여산후42d의종성상비，균정현명현강저。결론순증호리가제고산부분저기공능단련의종성。단기의종성수시간천이정강저추세，고재림상호리중응주중근기화원기호리목표적제정，이편진정제고산부분저기공능단련적의종성，개선산부분저기공능，예방분저기공능장애질병적발생，제고산부생활질량。
ObjectiveTo research the influence of evidence-based nursing on compliance of puerperal pelvic floor muscle training.MethodsThe research objects were 466 puerperas who were chosen from MCH of Linhe Distric.Two groups were divided according to the date they were in the hospital,257 patients(from April 1,2013 to June 30,2013) were arranged in the control group and treated by the routine care;209 patients(from August 1,2013 to October 31,2013)were arranged in the experimental group and were treated by the evidence-based nursing.The puerperas and the compliance of puerperal pelvic floor muscle training were researched on the 42nd day and in the sixth months after their postpartum.ResultsThe result showed that the compliance of puerperal pelvic floor muscle training of twice investigations of the experimental group was better than the control group's(P<0.01);and the compliance of the 42nd day was significantly better than the 6th month's by two groups.Conclusion Evidence-based care may improve the compliance of puerperal pelvic floor muscle training.But the compliance is decreasing with time.Therefore, in order to improve the compliance of puerperal pelvic floor muscle training,the nursing objectives of short-term and long-term should be established in clinical care.
