目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病高血压病的相关因素及疗效。方法选取2013年3月~2014年3月我院收治75例糖尿病高血压病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察两组血压,三酰甘油、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、HbA1C、SCr、UA及药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组的血压下降水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的LDL-C,HDL-C,三酰甘油,总胆固醇、MAU,血尿酸, HbA1C,肌酐及尿素氮水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对高血压病和糖尿病患者的血压、血糖、血脂等多重心血管危险因素进行检测及治疗,可有效降低心血管病发生率。

목적:탐토액패사탄연합아탁벌타정치료당뇨병고혈압병적상관인소급료효。방법선취2013년3월~2014년3월아원수치75례당뇨병고혈압병환자,수궤분위관찰조여대조조。관찰량조혈압,삼선감유、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、HbA1C、SCr、UA급약물불량반응발생정황。결과치료후관찰조적혈압하강수평명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。치료후관찰조환자적LDL-C,HDL-C,삼선감유,총담고순、MAU,혈뇨산, HbA1C,기항급뇨소담수평현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론대고혈압병화당뇨병환자적혈압、혈당、혈지등다중심혈관위험인소진행검측급치료,가유효강저심혈관병발생솔。
Objective To explore the curative effect observation of related factors of irbesartan combined with atorvastatin treated diabetic hypertension.Methods75 cases ofdiabetic hypertensive patients from 2013 March to 2014 March in our hospital were treated as the research object, who were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Testing blood pressure, three glycerol, phthalic total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum creatinine, blood uric acid, urinary albumin, adverse reactions and drug were all observed.ResultsAfter treatment, blood pressure levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group of patients with LDL-C, three HDL-C after treatment, triglyceride, total cholesterol,MAU, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood uric acid, creatinine and urea nitrogen level was significantly lower than thepatients in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionMultiple cardiovascular risk in patients with hypertension and diabetes, blood glucose, blood lipid and blood pressure factors were detected and can effectively reduce the incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases.
