目的:探讨上海市松江区居民CKD与高尿酸血症的相关性。方法选取2010年2月~2013年2月上海市松江区居民体检人群中CKD合并高尿酸血症患者244例,并按统计学四分位数方法选出高尿酸组和相对低尿酸组患者,对比两组患者的年龄,BMI,SBP,DBP,CHOL,GLU,GFR。用线性回归方法分析各变量与GFR的相关性。结果两组比较,年龄、CHOL、GLU等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低尿酸组的BMI,SBP,DBP等显著低于高尿酸组,GFR显著高于高尿酸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GFR与血尿酸、年龄、收缩压(SBP)、BMI呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血尿酸与GFR独立相关。结论高尿酸血症是影响GFR的独立危险因素,建议临床上发现CKD合并高尿酸血症的患者应该及时纠正高尿酸血症从而防止CKD的进展、恶化。

목적:탐토상해시송강구거민CKD여고뇨산혈증적상관성。방법선취2010년2월~2013년2월상해시송강구거민체검인군중CKD합병고뇨산혈증환자244례,병안통계학사분위수방법선출고뇨산조화상대저뇨산조환자,대비량조환자적년령,BMI,SBP,DBP,CHOL,GLU,GFR。용선성회귀방법분석각변량여GFR적상관성。결과량조비교,년령、CHOL、GLU등차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);저뇨산조적BMI,SBP,DBP등현저저우고뇨산조,GFR현저고우고뇨산조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);GFR여혈뇨산、년령、수축압(SBP)、BMI정부상관,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);혈뇨산여GFR독립상관。결론고뇨산혈증시영향GFR적독립위험인소,건의림상상발현CKD합병고뇨산혈증적환자응해급시규정고뇨산혈증종이방지CKD적진전、악화。
Objective To investigate the correlations between chronic kidney disease and hyperuricemia in the residents.MethodsData from 244 patients in Songjiang District of Shanghai were collected during 2010 to 2013, and they were divided into different groups based on levels of serum uric acid, glomerular filtration rate was compared between different groups.Results The level of serum uric acid was negatively related with glomerular filtration rate, hyperuricemia was thought as an independent risk factor for chronic kidney disease.ConclusionHyperuricemia was thought as an independent risk factor for chronic kidney disease, the declining level of serum uric acid can prevent the kidney injury.
