结合重庆电网扁平化管理现状,配合“大运行”体系完善提升,重庆电网采用跨辖区一体化模式进行了渝东南、渝东北片区调度自动化系统建设。系统建设过程中发现随着接入厂站增多、监视信息同步增加,传统的事项窗、典型报表等数据展示方式已无法满足各级调度、监控人员的需求。因此,在跨辖区一体化系统中引入基于多主题、多维度的调控可视化技术及电网数据分析技术,针对大规模电网一体化监控需求,提出了调控多维可视监视的概念。根据专业人员对调控业务信息的关注重点,对母线电压稳定、电网潮流分析和稳定、电网供电裕度和安全等方面提供科学的监控手段。通过现场的多维可视化技术的应用,有效提升了电网调控安全水平。

Together with the present situation of Chongqing power grid flat management, Chongqing power grid has completed the construction of dispatching automation for the area of the southeast and northeast of Chongqing, because of perfecting the“Big Run”system. In the process of construction, the traditional way of data to demonstrate, such as the window of the matters, the typical report, has been unable to meet the requirements of scheduling, monitoring person, with the increasing station and more and more information for monitoring. Therefore, the regulation of visualization technology and grid data analysis technology based on multi-theme, multi-dimensional is introduced to crossed jurisdictional integration system and the concept of regulation of multi-dimensional visual monitoring is put forward to meet the need of the integration of large-scale power grid monitoring. According to the professionals focusing on regulating the business information, the system can provide a scientific means to stabilize bus voltage, analyze the power flow and monitor the power supply redundancy. By the application of the multi-dimensional visualization technology, the safety level of power grid control is improved effectively.
