现有智能站检修二次安措存在安全性低、易导致保护误闭锁等问题,可靠性不高。对此,分析了智能站二次设备新功能特征和安措基本方法利弊,提出了220 kV智能站分间隔停电检修二次安措新思路。并针对首检、定检两种不同情况,分别制定二次安措优化方案。利用打开连片、解芯线方式隔断场地二次电回路;利用先退软压板断开数字通道设置第一道防线;利用后拔光纤形成明显断点(或投检修压板启用智能站检修机制)设置首检(或定检)二次安措的第二道防线。通过四川沙坝、扎窝两座220 kV智能变电站首检中证实,该方案简单、安全、可行,对日后智能站检修维护二次安措的实施具有一定参考价值。

The present secondary safety measure in smart substation has low reliability due to the low safety and frequent protection blocking. On this basis, a safety measure based on interval interruption maintenance is proposed by analyzing the new function features of secondary equipment, as well as the advantage and disadvantage of the basic safety measures. The optimal scheme corresponding to the first maintenance and periodic maintenance is also determined. The secondary circuit will be cut off by disconnecting the terminal connecting piece or the cable conductor. Then the first defense line will be established by turning off the soft pressing board and breaking the digital channel. The second defense line is formed after pulling out the fiber or starting the smart substation maintenance mechanism. The first maintenances of 220 kV Sha-Ba substation and 220 kV Zha-Wo substation in Sichuan show that this scheme is simple, safe and available, which is of certain reference value for secondary safety measures in the smart substation maintenance.
