分别对2×300 MW的循环流化床(CFB)燃煤机组和在CFB 机组基础上改造的化学链燃烧(chemical looping combustion,CLC)燃煤机组的技术经济性能进行了计算分析。结果显示,与CFB机组相比,使用天然铁矿石作为氧载体的CLC机组的发电成本增加了约19.69%,CO2減排成本和CO2捕捉成本分別为72.15和69.78¥/t。并对结果进行了灵敏性分析,发现燃料成本是对发电成本影响最大的参数,而煤种对发电成本的影响相对较小。利用化工制备的Ni-、Cu-、Fe-基氧载体,CLC 电站的各个成本指标均将明显增加,但是随着氧载体使用寿命的延长或者利用循环烟气作为流化气,CLC机组各个成本指标均将降低。

A detailed techno-economic evaluation study was performed on the typical 2 × 300 MW subcritical power plants in China, as normal circulating fluidization bed (CFB) and chemical looping combustion (CLC)-based coal-fired options. The results show that the cost of electricity (COE) of CLC plant using natural iron ore as oxygen carriers is 19.69%higher than that of normal CFB power plant. The CO2 avoidance costs (CAC) and CO2 capture costs (CCC) are 72.15 and 69.78¥/t respectively. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis on key parameters such as coal type, coal price, CFB unit price and oxygen carrier type, etc. was conducted. The results showed that COE is most correlated with coal price because fuel costs contribute about 66%of COE of CLC plant. But the influence of different coal types on the economic parameters of the CLC technology is not obvious;The COE, CAC and CCC increase significantly if using Ni-, Cu-, and Fe-based oxygen carrier prepared by industrial granulation technology. The economic cost will decrease if increasing oxygen carrier lifetime and using the circulating flue gas as fluidizing gas.
