利用自制可实现等温热重测量实验系统,研究了烧结对钙基吸收剂循环煅烧/碳酸化捕集 CO2的影响,测试了几种主要的烧结影响因素(时间、水蒸气、温度、粒径等)的作用规律,并结合孔结构特性进行了分析。烧结时间延长,无论是碳酸化反应速率还是最终转化率均明显下降,尤其在快速化学反应控制阶段;水蒸气对不同烧结时间 CaO 的影响差异显著,温度升高,烧结加剧,CaO 碳酸化转化率加剧下降;对于3个延长烧结时间下的CaO,中等粒径的CaO (150~250μm)取得最高碳酸化转化率。烧结时间的延长总是会降低CaO的比表面积和孔容积。对延长烧结0 min的CaO,水蒸气会明显减小其比表面积和孔容积,但对于延长烧结6 min和12 min的CaO,趋势正好相反。

A customized experimental system that can measure sample weight at constant temperature was used to test the factors (time, steam, temperature, particle size, etc.) that could affect sorbent sintering. And, the pore structure was measured. It shows both carbonation rate and final ratio of sorbent decrease with sintering duration, especially during the chemical reaction stage. Steam play has different roles for 3 tested influence of different sintering duration of CaO. The sintering of CaO is accelerated by higher temperature and that leads to less carbonation ratio of CaO. The highest carbonation ratio is got by the middle size particle (150~250μm)for the three sintered CaO. The surface area and pore volume of CaO always be decreased withby the prolonged sintering time. It is interesting, for 0 min sintered CaO, the surface area and pore volume will be decreased by steam, but not for 6 min and 12 min sintered CaO.
