目的:了解高血压大鼠白膜中弹性纤维改变对勃起功能的影响。方法选择16周龄雄性自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)20只和同系正常血压大鼠(WKY)10只,利用阿扑吗啡诱导勃起试验,将大鼠分为高血压勃起功能障碍组(SHR-ED)、高血压组(SHR)及正常对照组(Control),利用维多利亚蓝-丽春红染色法对不同处理组的阴茎海绵体标本进行弹性纤维的染色,利用彩色图文系统进行分析,以累积光密度(IOD)作为测量指标。结果 SHR大鼠死亡2只,余下SHR-ED组11只,SHR组7只,Control组10只。各处理组间阴茎白膜弹性纤维存在统计学差异(F=79.024, P=0.000),SHR-ED组阴茎白膜弹性纤维IOD含量少于SHR组(P=0.000),SHR组阴茎白膜弹性纤维IOD含量小于Control组(P=0.000)。结论高血压可以导致白膜弹性纤维的减少,高血压大鼠白膜弹性纤维减少到一定程度将导致勃起功能障碍。
目的:瞭解高血壓大鼠白膜中彈性纖維改變對勃起功能的影響。方法選擇16週齡雄性自髮性高血壓大鼠(SHR)20隻和同繫正常血壓大鼠(WKY)10隻,利用阿撲嗎啡誘導勃起試驗,將大鼠分為高血壓勃起功能障礙組(SHR-ED)、高血壓組(SHR)及正常對照組(Control),利用維多利亞藍-麗春紅染色法對不同處理組的陰莖海綿體標本進行彈性纖維的染色,利用綵色圖文繫統進行分析,以纍積光密度(IOD)作為測量指標。結果 SHR大鼠死亡2隻,餘下SHR-ED組11隻,SHR組7隻,Control組10隻。各處理組間陰莖白膜彈性纖維存在統計學差異(F=79.024, P=0.000),SHR-ED組陰莖白膜彈性纖維IOD含量少于SHR組(P=0.000),SHR組陰莖白膜彈性纖維IOD含量小于Control組(P=0.000)。結論高血壓可以導緻白膜彈性纖維的減少,高血壓大鼠白膜彈性纖維減少到一定程度將導緻勃起功能障礙。
목적:료해고혈압대서백막중탄성섬유개변대발기공능적영향。방법선택16주령웅성자발성고혈압대서(SHR)20지화동계정상혈압대서(WKY)10지,이용아복마배유도발기시험,장대서분위고혈압발기공능장애조(SHR-ED)、고혈압조(SHR)급정상대조조(Control),이용유다리아람-려춘홍염색법대불동처리조적음경해면체표본진행탄성섬유적염색,이용채색도문계통진행분석,이루적광밀도(IOD)작위측량지표。결과 SHR대서사망2지,여하SHR-ED조11지,SHR조7지,Control조10지。각처리조간음경백막탄성섬유존재통계학차이(F=79.024, P=0.000),SHR-ED조음경백막탄성섬유IOD함량소우SHR조(P=0.000),SHR조음경백막탄성섬유IOD함량소우Control조(P=0.000)。결론고혈압가이도치백막탄성섬유적감소,고혈압대서백막탄성섬유감소도일정정도장도치발기공능장애。
Objective To investigate the changes of elastic fiber in penis tunica albuginea in hypertensive rats on erectile function. Methods 20 16-week-old male spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and 10 syngeneic normotensive rats (WKY) were used. After examination of the erectile function with subcutaneous injection of apomorphine (APO), the rats were divided into 3 groups, namely hypertensive with erectile dysfunction (SHR-ED) and control group. Victoria blue/Ponceau red staining and color image analysis were used to observe the content of elastic fiber in tunica albuginea. Results There were 2 SHR rats died, 11 rats were divided into SHR-ED group, 7 in TO SHR group and 10 rats in control group. The expression of elastic fiber in penis tunica albuginea exists significant difference between different test group (F=79.024, P=0.000). The content of elastic fiber in tunica albuginea in SHR-ED group is lower than SHR group (P=0.000), while the content of elastic fiber in tunica albuginea in SHR group is lower than control group (P=0.000). Conclusion Decrease of elastic fiber in tunica albuginea can result from hypertensive disease. Erectile dysfunction can be caused by the elastic fiber reduced to a certain degree in tunica albuginea.
