目的：分析腹腔镜胃癌根治术并发症的发生情况，探讨提高手术安全性的方法。方法总结我院2010年1月1日至2013年12月31日819例腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后早期1个月内的临床资料，分析并发症发生情况。结果819例腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者共发生术后早期并发症73例，发生率8.9%，死亡3例，死亡率0.4%。术前合并症、手术者经验、手术时间和淋巴结转移情况与腹腔镜胃癌根治术术后并发症的发生相关。结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术具有较高的安全性，严格掌握手术适应证，术中规范操作，术后细致管理，可有效预防腹腔镜胃癌根治术并发症的发生。
목적：분석복강경위암근치술병발증적발생정황，탐토제고수술안전성적방법。방법총결아원2010년1월1일지2013년12월31일819례복강경위암근치술환자술후조기1개월내적림상자료，분석병발증발생정황。결과819례복강경위암근치술환자공발생술후조기병발증73례，발생솔8.9%，사망3례，사망솔0.4%。술전합병증、수술자경험、수술시간화림파결전이정황여복강경위암근치술술후병발증적발생상관。결론복강경위암근치술구유교고적안전성，엄격장악수술괄응증，술중규범조작，술후세치관리，가유효예방복강경위암근치술병발증적발생。
Objective To analyze the complications of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, explore effective prevention methods. Methods To sum up the clinical data of 819 cases of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy within a month from January 1st 2010 to December 31th 2013 in our hospital. Analyzed the characters of all the early postoperative complications. Results Among the 819 cases of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, there were a total of 73 cases undergoing early postoperative complications, with the incidence of 8.9%, three cases of death, with the mortality of 0.4%. Postoperative complications was associated with preoperative comorbidity, lymph node metastasis, surgeon experience and operative time. Conclusion Laparoscopic gastrectomy has high security. Strict indications, standardized operation, postoperative management, can effectively prevent the occurrence of laparoscopic gastrectomy complications.
