针对现有太阳能热水控制器存在的模式单一的问题,提出了多模式热水控制器的设计方案。预设的20种工程模式适用于60%左右的太阳能热水工程,可以根据工程类型进行选择下载安装相应的程序。为了使太阳能热水工程更节能,采取了多时间段多策略的控制策略,可以根据系统实际情况进行个性化的最佳控制策略选择和控制参数最优设置。介绍了多模式多策略控制器的结构、功能和特点,并且对控制器方案进行了合理性验证及技术经济指标分析。该控制器已应用于多个太阳能热水工程中,应用结果表明:控制器运行稳定,应用场合广,技术经济指标优异,极大地提高太阳能热水控制器的适应性和太阳能热水工程的节能减排效率。

To solve the problem of singular mode of available solar water heating controller,a design scheme of multi?mode solar water heating controller is proposed in this paper. The 20 pre?set modes applies to about 60% solar water heating projects. The relative program can be downloaded and installed according to the project type. In order to save more energy,the solar wa?ter heating project adopts the multi?period and multi?strategy control policy,which can select the optimal control policy and set the personalized optimum control parameter based on the real condition. The structure,function and features of the multi?mode and multi?strategy controller are introduced in this paper. The rationality of the scheme was verified and the specifications of the design were analyzed. This controller has already been applied to several solar water heating projects. The results indicate that the controller is of great stability,extensive application occasion,excellent techno?economic indicator,which greatly improves the adaptability of the solar water heating controller and the energy saving efficiency of projects.
