为了提高人工拣货的配送中心拣货效率,达到分区同步拣货系统中工作量均衡的需求,提出了动态分配拣货人员的方法。按照订单中品项在各分区的分布情况,建立了人员动态分配模型,运用启发式算法对模型进行求解。算例结果表明,建立的人员动态分配模型对拣选效率有较大提高。分析了人员分配模型存在的问题,对分配结果进行了优化处理,最终结果较好地达到了分区同步拣货系统中工作量均衡的需求。

To improve the picking efficiency in artificial picking of the distribution center, and achieve balanced workload in the synchronized zone pick system requirements, the method of dynamic allocation of picking staff is presented. According to the distribution of the order’s items in each partition, a model for laborer dynamic allocation is established, and solved by heuristic algorithm. The example results show that the picking efficiency is improved through the model of laborer dynamic allocation. Also, the problems of the model of laborer allocation are analyzed. The result of the distribution is optimized. The final result achieves well balanced workload in the partition synchronous picking system requirements.
