目的：通过研究髓内钉与自锁髓内钉的治疗效果，探讨两种治疗方式治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的效果，利用Meta进行相应的分析，为日后临床治疗提供参考。方法：通过计算机检索维普信息数据库、万方数据库等多个数据库的相关文献，搜集髓内钉与自锁髓内钉的治疗方式和效果，对比两种方式治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的效果，将评价纳入研究的方法学质量。另外，在统计学软件方面，主要是采用RevMan 5.0进行统计。结果：在纳入4个临床对照试验后，发现髓内钉的治疗效果与自锁髓内钉的治疗效果相当，治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的效果都比较理想，可以根据患者的实际情况进行选择应用。结论：髓内钉与自锁髓内钉治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折的临床效果比较理想，在很多方面都取得了成功，不仅减少了患者的痛苦，还降低了术后感染的概率，因此可以在临床中推广应用。

목적：통과연구수내정여자쇄수내정적치료효과，탐토량충치료방식치료경골원단관절외골절적효과，이용Meta진행상응적분석，위일후림상치료제공삼고。방법：통과계산궤검색유보신식수거고、만방수거고등다개수거고적상관문헌，수집수내정여자쇄수내정적치료방식화효과，대비량충방식치료경골원단관절외골절적효과，장평개납입연구적방법학질량。령외，재통계학연건방면，주요시채용RevMan 5.0진행통계。결과：재납입4개림상대조시험후，발현수내정적치료효과여자쇄수내정적치료효과상당，치료경골원단관절외골절적효과도비교이상，가이근거환자적실제정황진행선택응용。결론：수내정여자쇄수내정치료경골원단관절외골절적림상효과비교이상，재흔다방면도취득료성공，불부감소료환자적통고，환강저료술후감염적개솔，인차가이재림상중추엄응용。
Objective:By studying the intramedullary nail with self-locking intramedullary nail treatment effect,discusses two kinds of treatment methods for the treatment of tibial distal extra-articular fractures, using Meta analysis is performed, provide reference for clinical treatment in the future. Method: through the computer retrieval VIP information database, a database of ten thousand, and other related literature database, collecting intramedullary nail and the treatment and effect of self-locking intramedullary nail, compared to two kind of way for the treatment of tibial distal extra-articular fractures, will evaluate the methodological quality of included studies. In addition, in terms of statistical software, main is to use RevMan 5.0.Result: after into four controlled clinical trial, found that the therapeutic effect of intramedullary nail with self-locking intramedullary nail treatment effects are, for the treatment of tibial distal extra-articular fractures are ideal, can undertake choosing according to the actual situation of patients.Conclusion: intramedullary nailing with self-locking intramedullary nail to treat distal tibia extra-articular fractures of the clinical effect of ideal, in many respects, has obtained the success, not only reduces the pain of the patients, and reduce the probability of postoperative infection, thus can be applied in clinical.
