目的：探究术前彩超诊断在乳腺癌早期淋巴转移中的作用。方法：选取206例乳腺癌患者，于术前1周前瞻性对患者原发病灶及有转移可能的淋巴结进行彩超检查，以术中组织病理活检为对照，将患者分为淋巴结转移组和无淋巴结转移组，对乳腺癌淋巴结转移彩超检查的敏感性、特异性进行分析，并探讨彩超检查下各项指标与乳腺癌淋巴转移的关系。结果：实体瘤及淋巴结彩超与术中病理活检结果对照，检出的敏感性87.18%，特异性98.88%；本研究中彩超检查各项因素与乳腺癌早期淋巴转移均有相关(P<0.05)。结论：术前彩超能够明显显示患者病发部位，有效诊断出癌症的发展状态，及是否发生淋巴结转移，对于乳腺癌及其淋巴结转移的检测有较好作用，对临床具有指导意义，值得临床推广。
목적：탐구술전채초진단재유선암조기림파전이중적작용。방법：선취206례유선암환자，우술전1주전첨성대환자원발병조급유전이가능적림파결진행채초검사，이술중조직병리활검위대조，장환자분위림파결전이조화무림파결전이조，대유선암림파결전이채초검사적민감성、특이성진행분석，병탐토채초검사하각항지표여유선암림파전이적관계。결과：실체류급림파결채초여술중병리활검결과대조，검출적민감성87.18%，특이성98.88%；본연구중채초검사각항인소여유선암조기림파전이균유상관(P<0.05)。결론：술전채초능구명현현시환자병발부위，유효진단출암증적발전상태，급시부발생림파결전이，대우유선암급기림파결전이적검측유교호작용，대림상구유지도의의，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To evaluate the role of preoperative color Doppler ultrasonography in detecting early lymphatic metastasis in patients with breast cancer.Method: 206 breast cancer patients who were taken prospective color Doppler ultrasound examination 1 week before operation were selected.The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography were calculated with biopsy as a control.And the relationship between the indicators in ultrasonography and breast cancer lymph node metastasis were explored.Result: The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography were 87.18% and 98.88%.And in this study,the factors in ultrasound examination had correlation with early breast cancer lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion: Preoperative color Doppler ultrasonography can give the status of disease development and if have lymph node metastasisis are effective diagnosed,and there is a good effect detection for lymph node metastasis and breast cancer, and there is a guiding significance for clinical,is worthy of clinical promotion.
