目的:探讨多层螺旋CT个性化扫描时间在下肢动脉造影中的临床应用效果。方法:选择2011年8月-2014年7月期间笔者所在医院收治的疑似下肢动脉病变患者共33例作为研究对象并随机分为两组。两组患者均采用16层螺旋CT进行下肢动脉造影(CTA)检查,其中,观察组患者(n=17)采用个性化扫描时间开展,而对照组患者(n=16)则采用固定扫描时间开展,观察并比较两组患者的影像学图像质量及检出率情况。结果:观察组患者下肢动脉MSCTA图像质量的优良率高达94.12%(16/17),明显高于对照组的62.50%(10/16);另外,观察组患者的阳性检出率为91.67%(11/12),显著低于对照组的127.27%(14/11),两组比较差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT个性化扫描时间应用于下肢动脉造影检查中,可明显改善图像质量,降低假阳性率,值得在临床上推广使用。

목적:탐토다층라선CT개성화소묘시간재하지동맥조영중적림상응용효과。방법:선택2011년8월-2014년7월기간필자소재의원수치적의사하지동맥병변환자공33례작위연구대상병수궤분위량조。량조환자균채용16층라선CT진행하지동맥조영(CTA)검사,기중,관찰조환자(n=17)채용개성화소묘시간개전,이대조조환자(n=16)칙채용고정소묘시간개전,관찰병비교량조환자적영상학도상질량급검출솔정황。결과:관찰조환자하지동맥MSCTA도상질량적우량솔고체94.12%(16/17),명현고우대조조적62.50%(10/16);령외,관찰조환자적양성검출솔위91.67%(11/12),현저저우대조조적127.27%(14/11),량조비교차이비교유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:CT개성화소묘시간응용우하지동맥조영검사중,가명현개선도상질량,강저가양성솔,치득재림상상추엄사용。
Objective:To explore the clinical result of personalized scanning time used in multi slice spiral CT for lower limb angiography.Method:Selected 33 patients with suspected lower extremity arterial disease in our hospital from August 2011 to July 2014 as the research subjects and they were randomly divided into two groups.Two groups of patients were used the 16 slice spiral CT angiography(CTA) for examination of the lower limb artery.Among them,the observation group patients(n=17) was checked with individualized scan time.While the patients in the control group(n=16) were checked with the fixed scanning time.The radiographic image quality and detection rate of two groups were observed and compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of the observation group in patients with lower limb for arterial MSCTA image quality was up to 94.12%(16/17),was significantly higher than the 62.50%(10/16)of the control group.In addition,the positive rate in the observation group was 91.67%(11/12),was significantly lower than the 127.27%(14/11)in the control group,which difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT personalized scan time used in lower limb artery angiography can significantly improve the image quality and reduce the rate of false positives which should be introduced in clinical practice.
