目的:探讨血必净联合大剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗急性百草枯中毒患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法52例口服百草枯中毒患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,各26例,对照组患者仅给予常规治疗及血液灌流治疗。治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上联合应用血必净注射液和静脉注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者治疗7 d后,动脉血氧分压、血清生化指标、C-反应蛋白均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者病死率明显小于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净联合大剂量甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠早期应用可减小百草枯对重要脏器功能的损害,降低急性百草枯中毒的病死率,可在临床上推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Xuebijing combined with large dose of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning patients.Methods A total of 52 acute paraquat poisoning patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and blood perfusion, while the treatment group received additional combination treatment by Xuebijing injection and methylprednisolone sodium succinate through intravenous injection. The curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 d of treatment, the levels of arterial partial pressure of oxygen, serum biochemistry index, and C-reactive protein were much better in the treatment group than in the control group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). The mortality of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment by Xuebijing and large dose of methylprednisolone sodium succinate can diminish the paraquat’s damage on major organs, and reduce the mortality of acute paraquat poisoning. It can be widely applied in clinical use.
