目的：观察分析骨折治疗与运动康复联合应用对股骨粗隆间骨折患者的预后影响。方法68例股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组34例。其中对照组患者采取传统康复治疗方法，观察组患者采取骨折治疗与运动康复一体化治疗方法，观察记录两组患者股骨愈合情况、切口并发症发生率及全身并发症发生率。结果经过1年的随访调查，观察组患者股骨骨折愈合情况明显优于对照组患者，切口并发症发生率及全身并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组髋关节预后总有效率为91.18%，明显优于对照组患者关节预后总有效率79.41%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折治疗与运动康复联合应用治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效明显，运动康复治疗对骨折后期恢复起积极作用，值得在临床推广应用。

목적：관찰분석골절치료여운동강복연합응용대고골조륭간골절환자적예후영향。방법68례고골조륭간골절환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조34례。기중대조조환자채취전통강복치료방법，관찰조환자채취골절치료여운동강복일체화치료방법，관찰기록량조환자고골유합정황、절구병발증발생솔급전신병발증발생솔。결과경과1년적수방조사，관찰조환자고골골절유합정황명현우우대조조환자，절구병발증발생솔급전신병발증발생솔명현저우대조조환자，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조관관절예후총유효솔위91.18%，명현우우대조조환자관절예후총유효솔79.41%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론골절치료여운동강복연합응용치료고골조륭간골절료효명현，운동강복치료대골절후기회복기적겁작용，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the influence of fracture treatment combined with exercise rehabilitation integration on the prognosis of femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients.Methods A total of 68 femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The control group received traditional rehabilitation therapy, and the observation group received combination treatment by fracture treatment and exercise rehabilitation integration. Observation and records were made on the healing condition, incidences of incision and systemic complications of the two groups. Results The follow-up lasted for 1 year. The fracture healing condition in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the incidences of incision and systemic complications were lower in the observation group than in the control group. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The total effective rate of hip joint in the observation group was 91.18%, which was remarkably better than 79.41% of the control group, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fracture treatment and exercise rehabilitation has precise effect in treating femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Exercise rehabilitation treatment is a positive method for fracture’s late recovery, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
