利用DEA模型对安徽省16个城市2010—2012年的环境效率进行了评价分析。结果表明安徽省16个城市之间的环境效率差别明显，铜陵、马鞍山、合肥、淮南和滁州位于前沿面上，其他城市均处于弱DEA有效。综合经济与环境两方面合成将全省16个市划分为四个区域，即经济高产出环境高效率区域、经济高产出环境低效率区域、经济低产出环境低效率区域和经济低产出环境高效率区域。结合环境效率的影响因素给出提高环境效率的相关政策建议。
이용DEA모형대안휘성16개성시2010—2012년적배경효솔진행료평개분석。결과표명안휘성16개성시지간적배경효솔차별명현，동릉、마안산、합비、회남화저주위우전연면상，기타성시균처우약DEA유효。종합경제여배경량방면합성장전성16개시화분위사개구역，즉경제고산출배경고효솔구역、경제고산출배경저효솔구역、경제저산출배경저효솔구역화경제저산출배경고효솔구역。결합배경효솔적영향인소급출제고배경효솔적상관정책건의。
The environmental efficiency of 16 cities in Anhui was evaluated in 2010-2012 with the DEA model .The results showed that there was some obvious difference ,in which Tongling,Ma—anshan,Hefei,Huainan and Chuzhou located at the top of the DEA effec-tive. So four regions could be divided of those cities in Anhui , which are economic yield and environment efficient area ,economic yield and low efficiency environment area,low output and low efficiency environment area,low output and environment efficient area based on the economic and environment.If these factors affecting the efficiency environment were related the policy suggestions should be given to improve the environmental efficiency .
