随着经济的发展，服务业所占比重日益上升，作为服务业发展新的增长点服务外包的发展越来越重要。服务外包已经成为促进经济增长的一大动力，成为企业在激烈的竞争环境下保持有利竞争地位的重要因素。安徽省的服务外包在稳步的增长中，文章通过实证分析的方法，研究了安徽省服务外包发展的影响因素，并根据安徽省外包情况分析和实证分析提出促进安徽省服务外包发展的建议。

Along with the development of the economy,the proportion of service industry is rising and as the new areas of growth of service industry development, the strides of service outsourcing is getting more and more important. Service outsourcing has been becom-ing one of the main impetus to promote the economic growth and becoming a fundamental factor for enterprises to maintain a favorable competitive position in the environment of intense competition. Service outsourcing in Anhui Province are keeping a steady development. This article adopts the method of empirical analysis, studying the factors that influence the development of service outsourcing in Anhui Province and putting forward some suggestions to promote its development according to the scenario and empirical analysis of outsourcing in Anhui Province.
