针对桩1291 H F井摩阻扭矩大、携岩困难、井壁失稳突出等问题,在分析大位移井钻井中钻井液技术难点的基础上,通过评价悬浮剂CDXW的悬浮能力和携岩能力、高效润滑剂B H 1在常温和高温高压条件下的润滑效果,以及优化粒度级配、优选页岩抑制剂,形成了铝胺基聚磺钻井液,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,铝胺基聚磺钻井液的API滤失量小于3mL ,高温高压滤失量小于10 mL ,动塑比在0.5以上,黏附系数小于0.05,说明该钻井液抗温性能好,携岩能力强,润滑性能可以满足大位移井的润滑要求。桩1291 H F井使用铝胺基聚磺钻井液钻进的井段,起下钻正常,没有发生井下故障,三开油层段平均井径扩大率仅为3.85%,钻井周期比设计周期缩短了22.09 d。这表明铝胺基聚磺钻井液具有良好的携岩能力、润滑性和抑制性,能有效解决大位移井井眼清洁效果差、摩阻和扭矩大等问题。
針對樁1291 H F井摩阻扭矩大、攜巖睏難、井壁失穩突齣等問題,在分析大位移井鑽井中鑽井液技術難點的基礎上,通過評價懸浮劑CDXW的懸浮能力和攜巖能力、高效潤滑劑B H 1在常溫和高溫高壓條件下的潤滑效果,以及優化粒度級配、優選頁巖抑製劑,形成瞭鋁胺基聚磺鑽井液,併對其性能進行瞭評價。結果錶明,鋁胺基聚磺鑽井液的API濾失量小于3mL ,高溫高壓濾失量小于10 mL ,動塑比在0.5以上,黏附繫數小于0.05,說明該鑽井液抗溫性能好,攜巖能力彊,潤滑性能可以滿足大位移井的潤滑要求。樁1291 H F井使用鋁胺基聚磺鑽井液鑽進的井段,起下鑽正常,沒有髮生井下故障,三開油層段平均井徑擴大率僅為3.85%,鑽井週期比設計週期縮短瞭22.09 d。這錶明鋁胺基聚磺鑽井液具有良好的攜巖能力、潤滑性和抑製性,能有效解決大位移井井眼清潔效果差、摩阻和扭矩大等問題。

Based on the analysis of technical difficulties of extreme friction ,cuttings transport and bore hole stabilization in Zhuang 129 1HF extended reach well ,aluminum‐amine based polysulfonate drilling fluid was developed .It had optimized grade distribution and shale inhibitor through the experimental evalu‐ation of the suspension and cuttings carrying ability for suspending agent CDXW .The fluid was also ana‐lyzed to determine its lubrication of lubricator BH 1 under both ambient temperature and HPHT condi‐tions .API filtrate loss of the developed drilling fluid was less than 3 mL ,HT HP filtrate loss of the devel‐oped drilling fluid was less than 10 mL ,the yield point and plastic viscosity ratio is over 0.5 and the adhe‐sion coefficient is less than 0. 05 .T he results indicated that this drilling fluid can be characterized as having good resistance to high temperature ,is excellent for cuttings carrying and lubricating .Field drilling applica‐tion shows that borehole enlargement ratio was within 3.85% ,drilling period shortened by 22.09 days , w hich demonstrates that the aluminum‐amine based polysulfonate drilling fluid is excellent in rock carry‐ing ,lubricity and inhibition ,and can effectively solve the problems of poor hole cleaning and great friction .
