目的:检测凋亡相关基因Bak、Bcl-xl在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达,探讨其与EB病毒感染的关系。方法采用原位杂交方法检测50例原发性喉鳞癌和20例癌旁正常喉黏膜的石蜡标本组织中EB病毒表达情况。免疫组织化学染色方法检测Bak和Bcl-xl蛋白的表达。结果喉鳞癌与癌旁正常喉黏膜中EB病毒表达情况存在显著差异( P<0.01)。在喉鳞癌中Bak的阳性表达率为40.0%(20/50), Bcl-xl为50.0%(25/50)。18例EB病毒原位杂交阳性的喉鳞癌组织中Bak阳性检出3例,32例EB病毒原位杂交阴性的喉癌组织中Bak阳性检出17例,两组间存在显著差异( P<0.05)。18例EB病毒原位杂交阳性的喉鳞癌组织中Bcl-xl阳性检出14例,32例EB病毒原位杂交阴性的喉癌组织中Bcl-xl阳性检出11例,两组间存在显著差异( P<0.01)。结论喉癌组织中Bak、Bcl-xl基因表达的失调可能与喉癌的发生、发展有关;EB病毒在喉癌的发生机制中与Bak、Bcl-xl基因有协同作用。

목적:검측조망상관기인Bak、Bcl-xl재후린상세포암중적표체,탐토기여EB병독감염적관계。방법채용원위잡교방법검측50례원발성후린암화20례암방정상후점막적석사표본조직중EB병독표체정황。면역조직화학염색방법검측Bak화Bcl-xl단백적표체。결과후린암여암방정상후점막중EB병독표체정황존재현저차이( P<0.01)。재후린암중Bak적양성표체솔위40.0%(20/50), Bcl-xl위50.0%(25/50)。18례EB병독원위잡교양성적후린암조직중Bak양성검출3례,32례EB병독원위잡교음성적후암조직중Bak양성검출17례,량조간존재현저차이( P<0.05)。18례EB병독원위잡교양성적후린암조직중Bcl-xl양성검출14례,32례EB병독원위잡교음성적후암조직중Bcl-xl양성검출11례,량조간존재현저차이( P<0.01)。결론후암조직중Bak、Bcl-xl기인표체적실조가능여후암적발생、발전유관;EB병독재후암적발생궤제중여Bak、Bcl-xl기인유협동작용。
Objective To test the expression of apoptosis related gene Bak , Bcl-xl in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma , and to explore its relationship with EB virus infection .Methods The status of EB virus expression was determined by in-situ hybridization in paraffin specimens of 50 cases of primary laryngeal squamous carcinoma and 20 cases of normal laryngeal mucosa tissues.Results There was significant difference in EB virus expression between laryngeal carcinoma and normal laryngeal mucosa ( P<0.01 ) .The positive expression rate of Bak in la-ryngeal squamous carcinoma was 40.0%(20/50), and of BCL-xl was 50.0%(25/50).Three positive cases were found in Bak detection in 18 laryngeal squamous carcinoma tissues with EB virus positive in situ hybridization , and 17 positive cases were found in Bak detection in 32 la-ryngeal squamous carcinoma tissues with EB virus negative in situ hybridization , there was sig-nificant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05 ) .Fourteen positive cases were found in Bcl-xl detection in 18 laryngeal squamous carcinoma tissues with EB virus positive in situ hy-bridization , and 11 positive cases were found in Bcl-xl detection in 32 laryngeal squamous car-cinoma tissues with EB virus negative in situ hybridization , there was significant difference be-tween the two groups ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusion The expression disorders of Bak , Bcl-xl gene in laryngeal cancer tissues maybe associated with the occurrence and development of laryngeal cancer .EB virus has synergy with Bak , Bcl-xl gene in mechanism of laryngeal cancer .
