目的:研究分析糖尿病大鼠晶状体内还原型辅酶Ⅱ( nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide 2′-phos-phate reduced tetrasodium salt ,NADPH)的变化及其原因。方法通过腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱导1型糖尿病大鼠模型,待典型白内障形成时,检测晶状体内NADPH的含量以及6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶( glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase ,G6PD)的活性,并与对照组进行比较。结果同对照组透明晶状体相比,糖尿病性白内障(diabetic cataract,DC)晶状体内NADPH含量明显减少,G6PD活性显著降低。结论 G6PD活性的降低引起的NADPH含量减少以及伴随的氧化损伤加剧,与DC的发生密切相关。

목적:연구분석당뇨병대서정상체내환원형보매Ⅱ( nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide 2′-phos-phate reduced tetrasodium salt ,NADPH)적변화급기원인。방법통과복강주사련뇨좌균소유도1형당뇨병대서모형,대전형백내장형성시,검측정상체내NADPH적함량이급6-린산포도당탈경매( glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase ,G6PD)적활성,병여대조조진행비교。결과동대조조투명정상체상비,당뇨병성백내장(diabetic cataract,DC)정상체내NADPH함량명현감소,G6PD활성현저강저。결론 G6PD활성적강저인기적NADPH함량감소이급반수적양화손상가극,여DC적발생밀절상관。
Objective To identify lens nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide 2′-phosphate re-duced tetrasodium salt ( NADPH) activity changes in diabetic rats .Methods Type 1 diabetes was induced by abdominal streptozotocin injection in rats .When characteristic cataracts were present in the diabetic rats , the levels of NADPH and G6PD activity were measured and com-pared with those in controls .Results Lens NADPH was significantly decreased and G 6 PD ac-tivity was also decreased greatly in rat diabetic cataract ( DC) compared with those in transpar-ent lenses of controls .Conclusion The decreases of G6PD activity result in lower levels of NADPH and subsequent increase of oxidative damage , which is highly associated with DC for-mation.
