目的：探讨儿童腹股沟疝个体化治疗方法在临床的应用，为儿童腹股沟疝的外科治疗提供相对合理的方案。方法2009年3月至2013年6月，首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院共对765例腹股沟疝患儿开展个体化治疗方案，记录患者手术前后的临床参数，观察并分析术后并发症及复发情况。结果术后随访观察14～66个月，未出现伤口感染、戳孔血肿、戳孔疝、慢性疼痛或异物感，无疝复发病例。小儿腹股沟疝组术后发生阴囊积液45例，青少年腹股沟疝组发生阴囊积液25例。结论儿童腹股沟疝个体化治疗，目前是一种有效且相对合理的治疗方案，有助于疾病的最佳治疗，且对患儿的创伤相对较小，利于临床的推广。
목적：탐토인동복고구산개체화치료방법재림상적응용，위인동복고구산적외과치료제공상대합리적방안。방법2009년3월지2013년6월，수도의과대학부속북경조양의원공대765례복고구산환인개전개체화치료방안，기록환자수술전후적림상삼수，관찰병분석술후병발증급복발정황。결과술후수방관찰14～66개월，미출현상구감염、착공혈종、착공산、만성동통혹이물감，무산복발병례。소인복고구산조술후발생음낭적액45례，청소년복고구산조발생음낭적액25례。결론인동복고구산개체화치료，목전시일충유효차상대합리적치료방안，유조우질병적최가치료，차대환인적창상상대교소，리우림상적추엄。
Objective To evaluate the individualized treatment of inguinal hernia in children,and to provide a rational strategy for surgical treatment of inguinal hernia in children.Methods A total of 765 cases of inguinal hernia in children who underwent individualized treatment,from March 2009 to June 201 3,were enrolled in this study.Preoperative and postoperative parameters such as baseline information, postoperative complications and recurrence rate were recorded and analyzed.Results During a follow-up period of 1 4 to 66 months,there were 45 patients in pediatric group and 25 patients in teenagers group suffering scrotal seroma,without any other complications such as wound infection,pain or foreign body sensation,etc.No recurrence was observed.Conclusion The individualized therapy for inguinal hernia in children appears to be an effective and relatively rational strategy,having less trauma and optimal outcome, which is worthy to be promoted.
