强化办学特色是高职院校持续发展的客观要求。高职院校办学特色是一个多维度的系统,可以从办学理念、人才培养、历史文化、区域服务等维度进行综合考量,这四个维度既是办学特色内涵的逻辑展开,也是特色发展的实践脉络。选择特色发展路径应该在坚守办学理念、创新培养模式、培育职教大师、推进区域服务、塑造文化生态等方面进行谋划。

Strengthening the school-running characteristics is required in the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.The college characteristic is a multidimensional stereo-system, and can be analyzed from running school dimension, personnel training,historical and cultural dimensions,and regional service dimension. The four dimensions are logical extension of inherent essence of characteristics,and practical expression of characteristic development. Pursuing a characteristic development path should be planned in consideration of educational idea,innovative training model, cultivating strong vocational education faculty,promoting regional services,shaping the cultural ecology, etc.
