Summarized and analyzed the problems in the implementation of nursing quality control circle in hospital, like the theme is lack of specialization features, parsing stage lacks root causes validation, there is insufficient evidence-based references and the effect could not last for long. In the author's opinion, quality control circle should be connected with nurse individual promotion and year-end performance assessment. Meanwhile, coaching and communication of quality control skills should be enhanced and take quality control circle as the platform to foster nurses' research capacity.
