目的探讨护理临床路径管理对骨科围手术期患者的临床效果。方法选取我院骨科围手术期患者124例，按照护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组，每组62例。观察组给予护理临床路径管理，对照组给予传统的护理干预，观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果两组患者病情均有改善，但观察组的住院时间与住院费用显著优于对照组；观察组患者对健康知识的掌握情况、并发症及满意度显著高于对照组，结果具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对骨科围手术期患者实施护理临床路径管理，能够有效提高患者对疾病的认知程度，提高临床护理的工作效率，确保临床护理的质量，值得推广。
목적탐토호리림상로경관리대골과위수술기환자적림상효과。방법선취아원골과위수술기환자124례，안조호리방식적불동분위관찰조화대조조，매조62례。관찰조급여호리림상로경관리，대조조급여전통적호리간예，관찰량조환자적림상호리효과。결과량조환자병정균유개선，단관찰조적주원시간여주원비용현저우우대조조；관찰조환자대건강지식적장악정황、병발증급만의도현저고우대조조，결과구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대골과위수술기환자실시호리림상로경관리，능구유효제고환자대질병적인지정도，제고림상호리적공작효솔，학보림상호리적질량，치득추엄。
Objective Discuss the clinical effect of nursing clinical pathway management on patients in perioperative period in department of orthopaedics. Methods Select 124 patients in perioperative period in department of orthopaedics in our hospital and divided into control group and treatment group equally. Treatment group were managed with clinical pathway while control group were treated with traditional nursing intervention. Compared the clinical nursing effect between two groups. Results The state of patients in two groups were improved, but hospital stays and hospitalization expenses for treatment group were lower than those of control group. Patients' comprehension of health knowledge in treatment group was better than control group, so was their complication and satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing clinical pathway management on patients in perioperative period in department of orthopaedics could improve the patients' cognition of diseases and clinical nursing work efficiency. It could ensure clinical nursing quality, which is worth being promoted.
