采用超声波辅助乙醇提取虎杖中白藜芦醇,考察了超声波功率、乙醇浓度、超声提取时间、料液比对提取效果的影响。结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为:80%乙醇,料液比1:20 g/mL,超声波功率700 W,提取时间70 min。

Extracting resveratrol by ultrasonic wave method,the four factors of ultrasonic wave power,ex-traction solvent concentration,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio are researched. The result showed that the optimum process condition is 80% ethanol solution,ultrasonic wave power of 700 W,the extraction time of 70 min and solid-liquid ratio 1:20 g/mL.
