采用旋转式脱泡消泡法处理造纸循环用水,浮浆含量降至原来的9.1%,加入消泡剂,泡沫去除率达85%,进一步调节废水pH≈7,加入复合混凝剂PAC(10.0380 g/L):PFS(9.8912 g/L):CPAM(1.0000 g/L)=5:2:2(体积比)9 mL/L黑液的条件下,COD去除率达到96.7%,脱色率达到55.7%,基本符合了二次用水的标准,可重新用于造纸制浆,使废水循环利用,实现了造纸废水的资源化。

The papermaking wastewater was treated by the rotary system deaeration antifoaming law,float-ing pulp content to the original 9. 1%,adding defoamer,bubble removal rate reached 85%,further regu-late wastewater pH ≈7 ,conditions of adding compound coagulant 9 mL/L black liquor [ PAC (10. 038 0 g/L):PFS(9. 891 2 g/L):CPAM(1. 000 0 g/L)]=5 :2 :2( volume ratio),the COD re-moval rate reached 96 . 7%,the decoloration rate reached 55 . 7%,in line with the standards of secondary water. Thus the paper can be re-treated wastewater used for paper pulp and waste water recycling,to achieve the papermaking wastewater resources.
